ETHOS ATHLETE PROGRAM
The ultimate Ethos coaching experience. This membership is exclusive to competitive athletes seeking to reach their athletic potential. As an Ethos Athlete, you will have access to all the resources at our disposal and will be training in the same environment as Australia’s leading combat athletes, including the likes of George Kambosos, Tyson Pedro, Arlene Blencowe, Tai Tuivasa and more. Your membership experience includes:
+ Ongoing performance testing and assessment as part of our ‘Ethos testing battery’
+ Coaching from head coach Meer Awny and the Ethos team
+ Customised Ethos Performance training program, specific to your goals and requirements
+ Access to our facility: MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 5am- 12pm, 4:30-8:30pm, SATURDAY 7-10am
+ Exclusive Ethos Athlete perks and discounts on supplements, meal prep packages and special offers with our recommended dietitian and physiotherapist team.
Please note, access to become an Ethos Athlete is STRICTLY LIMITED. Only 15 spots remain on our athlete team, and once the remaining places are filled, you will be placed on a waiting list until a new opportunity opens. This is to ensure that all Athletes are given the optimal amount of care and coaching.
MEMBERSHIP 2 :
ETHOS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Our performance program membership was created to facilitate those individuals who are just as serious about improving their physical performance, despite not being a competitive athlete. We understand that it can be difficult to receive quality coaching that allows you to train in an inspiring environment, and so we developed this membership option. Your membership experience includes:
+ Coaching during all sessions from the Ethos team
+ Customised Ethos Performance training program, specific to your goals and requirements
+ Access to our facility: MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 5am- 12pm, 4:30-8:30pm, SATURDAY 7-10am

MEMBERSHIP 3:
PERSONAL TRAINING
If you’re looking for an extremely personalised experience then this is the option for you. While all of our coaches approach things in their own unique style, we as a team uphold a minimum standard that will umbrella individual assessment, personalised programming, weekly check ins, goal setting, nutritional guidance and much more. *Enquire for prices.
