If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request.

Membership cancellation policy is as per the signed membership Terms and Conditions. I understand that a cancellation request must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days before my preferred membership end date. I understand that my regular membership payments will be debited during the notice period. I understand that I will be charged the cancellation fee if I cancel my membership within 12 months of the membership start date as per the Terms and Conditions.
