Membership hold policy is as per the signed membership Terms and Conditions. I understand that hold requests must be submitted no less than 14 business days before my requested membership hold start date. I understand that my regular membership debits will be processed if this request is submitted less than 14 business days before my forthcoming membership hold. I understand that ETHOS PERFORMANCE memberships can be put on hold for a maximum of 4 weeks in 12-month membership period as per the Terms and Conditions. I understand that my membership and debits will resume automatically upon expiration of the hold period that I selected above.
